Which countries do you ship to?
I ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, and Austria. You can only check out online from these countries. Do you live elsewhere and still want something? Email me, and we'll see what's possible.
How much does shipping cost?
That depends on the type of work and the country. A few examples for the Netherlands: a small work 9.95, a large work 13.95, and a circle 19.95. You will always see the exact amount before checkout. If you buy multiple works together, you only pay shipping costs once.
How quickly will my order arrive?
- Netherlands: 2 to 3 working days
- Abroad: 3 to 5 working days
- Circles shipped via DHL: 3 to 5 working days
Public holidays do not count towards this.
How does booking work?
For customers in the Netherlands and Belgium, you can reserve a work. You do not arrange this via the webshop, but through me: send an email to info@paintingbyangel.com or WhatsApp me. We will agree on a deposit, and the work will be set aside for you until we pick it up or arrange delivery.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pick-up in Hapert is possible by appointment. Please mention it in the notes with your order, or give me a call or send me a message. Large works that cannot be shipped safely can only be picked up.
How can I pay?
With iDEAL or Bancontact, securely via Mollie. This way, you can be sure that your payment is received correctly and your order is immediately finalized.
Will I be notified when my order is on its way?
Yes. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email immediately. As soon as I ship your work, you will receive the track and trace code so you can track your package.
Do you also create commissioned paintings?
I used to create commissioned work as well, but not since 2023. Due to the continued busyness, I now only paint work based on my own inspiration, which I fully stand behind. Everything you see in the webshop and my collection is therefore work created freely. If you see something that touches you, be sure to act fast, because every piece is unique.
Can I return something?
That depends on how you purchase the work. If you order via the webshop, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. You can read how returns work and what the costs are on the page about the right of withdrawal.
Can I see your work in person first?
Certainly. You are very welcome to view my current work in person by appointment, in a relaxed atmosphere at my home. Please check the current selection before you come, as stock changes quickly due to the fast turnover.
