Right of withdrawal and return

Work that I send to you (webshop)

If you order via the webshop and I ship the artwork, you have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days from the moment you receive it. If you wish to return it, please let me know within those 14 days via info@paintingbyangel.com, including your name and order number. After that, you have another 14 days to actually return the artwork.

• Pack the work just as carefully and protectively as you received it from me, so that it returns undamaged.
• If it gets damaged during the return because it was not packed properly, those costs are your responsibility.
• You pay the return shipping costs yourself. You will not get them back.

As soon as I receive the work back undamaged, I will refund the purchase price within 14 days, plus the shipping costs you paid when I sent it to you. The latter is legally part of your cooling-off period. Only the return shipment itself is at your expense.

Work that you buy by appointment

I sell large and medium-sized paintings by appointment. If you decide to purchase a work during a visit to my home, the purchase is concluded there and the statutory right of withdrawal for distance selling does not apply. After all, you have seen the work in person first. If you order or reserve a work remotely, via the webshop, email, or app, and come to collect it yourself afterwards, you do have the 14-day cooling-off period as mentioned above.
